Registration fee includes participations at the scientific sessions, conference issues, refreshments and lunches, and excursion and conference dinner and VAT (27 %) is included in the fees according to Hungarian VAT Law.

- Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 1 April 2022. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
